Chatting with Sunny

Sunny is our AI concierge. When you chat with her, we log the conversation — the messages you send and her replies — so we can see what people ask and improve the service. We store a one-way hashed identifier for your session (not your raw IP address) to keep the chat working and to limit abuse. Please don’t share sensitive personal information (financial details, passwords, government IDs) in the chat; it isn’t the place for it. Sunny’s answers are AI-generated and may be wrong — verify anything important (hours, prices, availability, safety) with the official source.

How we use it

We use chat logs to understand common questions, tune Sunny’s answers, and improve the Florida knowledge behind her. We do not sell your data, and we don’t use your conversations to advertise to you.

Standard site data

Like most websites, our host records ordinary server logs (such as requests and approximate location from IP) for security and reliability. We use privacy-respecting defaults and do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
