Summary
We collect as little as we can get away with. We do not sell your chat contents. Advertising and analytics partners set their own cookies, and you can control those through your browser and the choices described below.
What we collect
Information you provide: the messages you send to the bots, and anything you include in a contact form or email.
Automatically collected: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps, collected through server logs and analytics.

How we use it
To generate bot replies; to operate, secure, and debug the Site; to measure traffic and improve content; to sell and serve advertising, including interest-based advertising where permitted; and to respond to you when you contact us.
AI processing
Messages you send are transmitted to our AI model provider to produce a response. That provider processes them under its own terms as our service provider. We do not use your messages to train our own models, and we do not attach your identity to them.
Sharing
We share data with service providers (hosting, analytics, AI inference, email), advertising partners and ad networks, and affiliate programs for attribution of qualifying purchases. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your chat contents.
Retention
Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. Contact correspondence is retained as long as needed to handle your request. Conversations are not tied to an account, because there are no accounts.
Chat transcripts are also stored on our own server so we can review quality and misuse. Your IP address is not stored alongside them. Where a message is automatically flagged as sensitive, no transcript is kept at all – only the fact that a flagged exchange took place.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising or the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, and to withdraw consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA; residents of the EU and UK have rights under the GDPR. To exercise any of them, email webmaster@floridachatguide.com. We will not discriminate against you for asking.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, email us and we will delete it.
International transfers
The Site is operated from the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send us anything sensitive.
