What you may do

You may not republish substantial portions, reproduce the character artwork, or use our marks in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation.
Reporting infringement
If you believe material on this Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to webmaster@floridachatguide.com including: identification of the copyrighted work; the URL of the material you say infringes it; your contact details; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the required statements under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
Repeat infringers
We remove infringing material promptly on valid notice and terminate access for repeat infringers.
