By using FloridaChatGuide.com (the “Site”), operated by Entropy Media Limited (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Site.
2. What the Site is
The Site provides access to conversational AI characters (“Sunny” and “Hemingway”) for entertainment and general information. The Site is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising and affiliate links.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use it with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Site for unlawful purposes; attempt to extract, scrape, or systematically harvest outputs to train or build a competing service; submit content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringing; attempt to bypass safety measures or rate limits; probe, scan, or overload our infrastructure; or misrepresent bot output as professional advice from a licensed person.
5. AI output
Bot responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on. Nothing on the Site is legal, medical, financial, travel-safety, or immigration advice. See the Disclaimer.
6. Your submissions
You keep ownership of what you type. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process it in order to operate the Site, and to use anonymised, aggregated data to improve it. Do not submit sensitive personal information, credentials, or anything confidential.
7. Intellectual property
The Site, its design, the names “Sunny” and “Hemingway” as used here, the associated character artwork, and the FloridaChatGuide.com branding are owned by Entropy Media Limited or its licensors. You may quote short excerpts of bot output with attribution and a link. Any other reproduction of Site material requires written permission.
8. Third-party content and links
The Site displays advertising and links to third-party sites, including affiliate links. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices. See the Affiliate Disclosure.
9. Availability
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, including either bot, at any time without notice.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of content.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entropy Media Limited and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in St. Johns County, Florida.
